Invasive species are a pain in the you-know-what. We all know the havoc feral hogs can wreak on a landscape, but what about our rivers? In Illinois, folks have had about enough of the Asian carp epidemic that’s plagued the Illinois River, so in a small town just downstream from the Petersen’s Hunting offices, some residents decided to take matters into their own hands — and boy howdy, do they have fun doing it. Grab a net and let’s hit the river!
