Bergara Introduces the BTi30 Suppressor

Lawrenceville, Georgia – BPI Outdoors / Bergara® Rifles introduces the Bergara BTi30 suppressor which redefines suppressor precision. Designed and manufactured in the USA this new suppressor reduces POI shift, creates tightens groups, and has the adaptability modern shooters need.

The Bergara BTi30 is a purpose-built suppressor for shooters who demand precision, reliability, and adaptability. The BTi30 is packed with features including the following: swappable vented or sealed end caps, a HUB-compatible mounting system, and external fluting for enhanced cooling. The BTi30 delivers consistent performance across multiple platforms.

The vented design reduces peak pressure in the blast chamber, resulting in quicker recovery, enhanced accuracy, and less blowback to the bolt face and shooter. When precision and repeatability are the ultimate goals, a vented suppressor is the solution.

The standard 1.375” x 24TPI HUB mounting allows use with your preferred system—direct thread, taper mount, or quick-detach. This gives you maximum adaptability without proprietary limits. Each suppressor ships with a muzzle-indexing mount that seats against the crown of the muzzle, preventing misalignment issues with shoulder-indexed design.

Precision Optimized

The precision-optimized design is engineered to minimize point-of-impact shift and tighten groupings up to 25% versus traditional suppressors or bare muzzles, providing repeatable and consistent results for precision hunters and shooters.

With the BTi30 you can choose which end cap works best for you. Choose between vented (faster recovery with reduced blowback) or sealed (maximum sound suppression) configurations. Easily switch to match your environment or shooting style with a 5/8” socket.

Installation and removal of the suppressor and muzzle-indexing mount is easily done with a wrench; the end caps detach with a standard 5/8” socket.

The high-temperature coated finish is a C-Series Cerakote® which makes it very durable and ultrasonic safe. You can get the BTi30 in 3 different colors which are: Graphite Black, Tactical Grey, or Flat Dark Earth for corrosion protection and professional appearance.

This suppressor has a weight of 12.9 oz the dimensions are 6.5” x 1.75”. It has a rating of 300 RUM/16” bbl, made fromGrade 5 Titanium and has a MSRP of $1099.
