Petersen's Hunting was at the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas for the release of several new and exciting bolt-action rifles that are sure to make a big impact on the hunting world this year. Among the most eye popping was the Weatherby X series , which features the Whitetail Bonz, Kryptek and Black Reaper patterns on a lightweight composite stock.
Browning also had a model to offer, the A-Bolt III, which is set to retail for around $600. Meanwhile Remington revealed their much anticipated new bolt-action, the Model 783, which they say is designed to be the quintessential deer rifle. Boasting of tack driving accuracy on a re-engineered platform, the 783 was a big hit on the trade show floor. Weatherby X As a manufacturer of traditional, top-end rifles,
Weatherby threw a major curve ball this year with the launch of their new WBY X line of bolt-action rifles.
Designed for the upcoming generation of hunters, WBY X features sleek new patterns like the Kryptek and Black Reaper, both of which captured the attention of a lot of folks at the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas.

Remington Model 700 SPS Camo Remington built a classic in the Model 700 that will last a long, long time. What they have shown, however, is that there's always room for new improvements.
At the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Remington released the 700 SPS in Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity camo. With textured grips and a matte black finish on the barrel, the new 700 SPS is another step forward in a classic bloodline.

Winchester Ultimate Shadow Hunter SS The
Winchester Model 70 is one of the most classic rifles ever built, no question about it. But that doesn't mean it doesn't have room to grow.
At the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas, Winchester released the Model 70 Ultimate Shadow Hunter SS in Mossy Oak Break-Up Infinity camo. The updated version features rubberized grip surfaces for increased control and a matte finish on a stainless steel barrel.

Browning A-Bolt III Petersen's Hunting was on hand at the 2013 SHOT Show in Las Vegas for the release of
Browning 's new A-Bolt III. The new rifle retains a 60-degree bolt throw, has a top tang safety with locking trigger and features a bolt locking button, much like the X-Bolt.
The three level trigger system comes set from the factory at 3 1/2 pounds and the A-Bolt also comes with a detachable box magazine. The A-Bolt III will be available in March.
