The packing gets tricky when you will be jumping from winter to summer! I'm counting down the days until I head back to South Africa to go on my first ever "ladies safari"! I'm joining a group of ladies to do a plains game hunt in Port Elizabeth. This will be my first time hunting in this area and I'm really excited to see the difference in the animals that are found here versus the plains game I've shot in Namibia. The hard part is that after my hunt in South Africa I will be headed directly to my mountain hunt in Macedonia for a week where I will be looking for a chamois and a wolf. After my hunt ends in Macedonia I will go strait to Turkey for a few weeks to hunt red stag and the massive European wild boar! We will also be sailing and fishing in Turkey so now the packing is really getting difficult... I'm thinking equal parts camo and bikinis... Luckily bathing suits don't take up much space!
