- ¼ cup real maple syrup
- ¼ cup Canadian whiskey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- Whisk all ingredients together until incorporated.
- Pour Maple-Whiskey Marinade over venison steaks in a zip-top bag. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before grilling. Be sure to reserve some marinade for basting the venison steaks as they grill.
