The Coolest Undercover .22s Ever Made

The Coolest Undercover .22s Ever Made

Since the 16th century, attempts have been made to disguise firearms as other objects, and most of those clever devices were chambered in .22. We teamed up with our friends at the Smithsonian to bring you the coolest undercover .22s ever made. Check them out:

Flashlight Stinger

This covert weapon is disguised as a flashlight and actually contains a .22 single-shot firearm. The cartridge is loaded behind the flashlight's bulb section and is fired by depressing the light switch.

Knife Pistol

This modern weapon originated in China in the 2000s and features a folding knife integrated with a three-shot pistol firing .22 ammunition.

Pen Pistol

This pen pistol is of extremely light weight — 2½ ounces — and it uses the .22 LR cartridge.

Ring Pistol

This is possibly the ultimate concealed weapon. It has an overall length of only 1¾ inches, and the barrel is scarcely longer than the .22 LR cartridge that it fires.
